Our mobile dishwashing/pot wash trailers provide the ability to supply clean dishes and glasses for any event or service when other options may not be available.

We provide Winterhalter F30 glass wash detergent and B1 rinse aid to ensure exceptional cleanliness and hygiene. Our products prevent glass corrosion and protect decorations or engravings on bottles and carafes. The specially formulated chemicals from Winterhalter are designed to tackle these challenges effectively.
Water Board (WRAS) Compliant
Our pass-through dishwasher has 'Type AB' air gaps, which completely prevent any dirty water from going back into the mains water supply (an essential and legal requirement).
Capable of washing up to 1296 plates & 800 glasses per hour .
Our Winterhalter PT-M is capable of washing up to 1296 plates per hour, and our Winterhalter UC-M is capable of washing 800 glasses per hour. Cutlery, crockery and glassware can be conveniently stacked next to the work surface ready for the next wash cycle.

Our dishwashing and pot wash trailer is straightforward to install. Simply connect it to a Mains water supply, a 400V, 32 Amp three-phase power supply, and either a waste tank or a main sewer system.
The trailer includes an easy-to-operate Winterhalter commercial pass-through dishwasher and a Winterhalter under-counter glass washer. It also features a large sink with an overhead spray arm and mixer tap, a filtered water softener, as well as detergent and rinse aids.
